Holey Moley time gets away

Hello All
I seem to not post much lately. I am so sorry to you all. Today was a bit of cleaning up around here. had a little sunshine and it brings out the  got to clean this  look at the dust! I have been out shopping a couple days in the stores. found some reds for a quilt I want to make. Also have been looking at a couple rulers (Fit To Be Square)by Monique Dillard. she has other rulers too.  to make the square in a square  easier to do. The square is on point in the center. I finished a doll quilt and got the binding on another one I have made called small bakers dozen quilt..
I belong to a group on yahoo named abcquilters and we are going to do a swap soon on some blocks with each other. we each  will make 2 blocks for each person  participating in the swap. I also do a doll quilt swap once a month. Regular quilt guild coming up soon and then I have class for a sweatshirt jacket on Saturday with the guild busy, busy. The quilt that I want to tackle next is one called Strawberry Social by Margo . I love the colors and her quilt.  I was in NC last week visiting my 2 sisters and sewing every day with one or the other or both. We made large tote bags  Aunties Two( Get Away Bag) love the bag!  just for the supplies it was around $100.00 including the pattern.
Well it is time to jump off and get busy doing something besides here at the computer so for now ta ta.
until next time take care and keep your needle moving

I have been seeing your doll quilts with the group. I too am in the mood to spring clean (even though we are still having snow). I have warned the family - you may see stuff flying out of the upstairs windows. I can't carry things up and down, so the easiest way to 'shed' the debris is to toss it out the window - right?

I bought the Strawberry Social pattern a few weeks ago - I saw it online somewhere and fell in love! I certainly won't get to it this year, but maybe I should start collecting fabrics and plan to work on it next winter :) I'm also keeping my eyes open to find a Creative Grids Corner Cutter - I round the corners of all of my D9P quilts (easier to round than to miter, hehe) and I'd love to get the ruler so my 4 corners all match :D
