I plan to start on a program with Denise Austin . Going to do the Daily Dozen. I bought my book today. and will get the foods to start on it on Sunday. So will shop for the meals on Saturday. I am going to do my very best to continue with it. Who knows it may help on the breathing too. could be a great thing. I will try to keep the blog up on my progress and how I feel while eating right!! time for my bed now chat tomorrow
