Great Time

Came home today from a quilt retreat . Had a great time fun, good food, and sewing. Here is a picture of the gals I spent my time with this weekend. We got a neat pattern and kit for some pot holders. I made my two they are the cutest little cupcakes.

Then we did a disappearing nine patch mine is blue and yellows. I also got the next step done on my guild mystery woohoo.!! feel good about my mini vacation. Have a look at the pictures here

Raffle quilt

this is such a beautiful quilt, I have to share it .At least pictures of it. I belong to a

quilt guild"Tree City Quilters of Wooster Ohio. Some of the members have made this and we are selling chances on it. I am hoping I get drawn for it.

Had a good meeting tonight the speaker was great . She is such a good talker and explains so you get it! Her name is Mary Lou Nuzum. She showed us some beautiful work of hers I want to be that good one day.

I am on the picnic committee with 3 other ladies we are doing a game called the

Paint Chip Surprise. We got it underway tonight. I am excited to be doing it. Once I get a good start on it I will share the project with you.

I am off to go and get some thing sorted for a quilt retreat I am going on this weekend. That will be a fun time and I am soooo ready to go to it mentally I am.
