Child size ironing board

I was out last week in a second hand shop. I had seen the childs  size ironing board on my last visit. I asked if it was still there and she looked around and we found it. I bought it and today I made a cover for it.

I had made a small iron tote for my rowenta iron out of the same fabric. I just love those little clothespins. printed on the fabric. The last picture is of a large size and the the child size 

Will look nice in my sewing room. Then this morning I went to see the Bee In My Bonnet quilt finished it is awesome and she had it hanging on a wall with a beautiful aqua colored piano. That is so pretty so I was thinking I have an old beat up hoosier cabinet I might paint it soft yellow. we shall see. Thanks for stopping in .   patty

 

 

Something Lucky for March

I am looking at things to make that would be quick for the month coming up. I need something for  March. So will check out a few free things I have seen lately and maybe one of them will be the winner for my table. I will post here whatever I decide to make. I have something for the Easter table  and so on  but this month some how got skipped over or just plain missed.
Stay tuned. Oh I finished both of the bagt and the small quilts for my grand daughters. they turned out great!!  Until I find something tata for now. I saw an item on CT the

other day going to try to locate it again and maybe do it. What do you put on your table for the month of March?

Both of the Bags

The girls Easter bags are finished. Boy they are so cute! I will put a few things in them . Maybe a stuffed  animal  or something.  Next on my things to do today is go to the  stores. Hubby brought me some peanut clusters for V day. What a sweet man he is. I love him to death.   I have a great grandson I have to do something for him next . He is going to be 7 years old this March.  Where does the time go to?  Kind of gloomy but still warmer than normal today. Have a great  Valentine day everyone and be sure to love someone.

A Bag for Easter

Hi thanks for stopping today! I just finished sewing a bag for my grand daughter Sarah. I have one for Arsema as well.  Arsema's is green these are from the  sew along on http://www.sewhappy.me
Tomorrow I will finish it and then mail them out to  them. Arsema will be turning 2 years old very soon.  Sarah is going to be 3 months old this month on the 25th.  More to  come tomorrow  I am off to bed it is late .................................................................
